Provided Case Management services (for up to 15-18 individuals) including follow up services to elderly clients and their families in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and other protocols and/or regulations: maintained statistical data according to funding and agency requirements and entered information into confidential database. Manned incoming Adult Hotline calls and participated in community activities, coalitions and taskforce groups including National Crime Victims' Rights Week and domestic Violence Awareness month. Maintained compliance with agency policies and procedures, federal and state requirements, and educational/certifications/registry requirements.
First responder to speak with individuals through the Battered Women's Hotline system that are experiencing trauma in their life.
