  • Provided guidance and support to junior staff members on daily tasks, projects, and objectives.
  • Assisted in training newer staff members about all the daily tasks they must do in their position.
  • Would help with managing customer satisfaction including making sure customers received their orders as well as making sure customers were satisfied with their orders.
  • On certain shifts, I would have the responsibility of opening or closing the store if needed.
  • Responsible for making sure delivery drivers got routed to the correct addresses.
  • Responsible for checking for expiring products every shift.
  • Analyze labor and sales every shift.
  • Made sure the entire store was clean including all the equipment used in the store.
  • Managed customer service inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Organized training sessions for new hires to familiarize them with the workplace environment.
  • Remained calm and professional in stressful circumstances and effectively diffused tense situations.
  • If store needed extra help, would willingly come in early or on days I was not scheduled to help out.
