I am currently a construction foreman for a small company that does restoration work for Eversource Gas. I retired as a police lieutenant in July of 2019. I was the Town of Waterford Emergency Management Director form July 2016 to July 2019. In all these positions i manged budgets, scheduling, negotiations with unions, and numerous other manangment duties.
