I am proficient in marketing, budget control and management. I understand the importance of new and used vehicle sales, parts and service sales along with repair order volume. Customer and employee satisfaction, the Asbury public image as well as our manufacturer relations are also extremely important to me. I also have an expectation of myself to increase not only profitability, but also new car market share, used car sales, parts sales, service repair orders and customer pay hours, service appointments and Clicklane Sales, while continuing to focus on customer and employee satisfaction. My history and experience in the Automotive Industry includes FCA Chrysler, Jeep and Toyota. I have extensive executive training, which I have obtained from the Larry H Miller Group via The Institute for General Manager Development and The Miller Business Academy.
