Maintain clean work environment. Scout/identify plant health issues. Properly record and input data gathered to maintain proper grow environment. Work with team to complete daily tasks: cleaning, pruning, recording data, irrigation, etc. Take direction from building management. Set a standard, keep a standard and constantly try to improve that standard.
