As a Lead Lineman, I helped manage communications with our "hot crew" to ensure every team member understood the job steps and safety rules. I lead daily tailboard meetings to identify hazards and assign clear tasks, keeping the project on track and injury-free. During wildfire restoration for Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative (BEC), I coordinated with emergency services and updated members on our progress to ensure a safe and efficient rebuild of the local power grid.
