Primary duties: To assist the Chief of Management Services and Facilities Division in the acquisition of Department Regional Facility.
Participate in the screening of potential site locations and buildings.
Participate in meetings with the prospective occupants to determine the layout for the space. Meet with Real Estate agents and others pertinent to the acquisition.
Coordinate with the Departmental Facilities Division on the relocation of personnel involved in the acquisition.
Meet and coordinate with contractors and other vendors involved with the acquisition.
