Consumer Lending Modernization (CLM) program launch: Responsible for all aspects of large-scale, upgrade of an IBM Check Processing Platform used by the Items Processing Team for Inclearing, CDA, and Proof of Deposit. Multi-Phase Project/Program includes multi-region infrastructure standup, software configuration and customization, testing, documentation, decommissioning of existing systems and management of on shore and off shore resources.
Provide long-term stability and completion to an assigned multi-million dollar Check Processing project as 7th PM in Define stage.

Worked with assigned Mainframe team members to insure that batch process, CA7, and JIL files were sufficiently revised to accept FTM input and to insure that if trigger files were not received that there would be no detrimental impact.
