My career consisted of walking footposts, radio car patrol, plain clothes unit, Organized Crime Control Bureau (Narcotics). Upon receiving my Detectives gold shield in narcotics, I was assigned to the detective bureau where I worked in several commands and worked my last 9 within the Manhattan south and Manhattan north homicide squads. I was promoted to Detective 2ng grade during my time in homicide. I retired on 10/28/2005 from the Manhattan North Homicide Squad.
