Management, development, and recruitment of all operations staff including office staff, technicians, and apprentices. From the time I joined the low voltage division within Suburban Electric in November of 2022, the Operations Team has grown from six dedicated field personnel and two office personnel to now nineteen dedicated field personnel and five dedicated office personnel. In addition to the dedicated APEX personnel, we utilize approximately thirty field personnel from the electrical side of the business. Financially we have grown from approximately $2M in my first year to now $14M in 2025. This was a team effort in all aspects of the business from Sales to Operations to Service. Managing through rapid growth and maintaining a true team culture was incredibly important to me and we worked hard every day at supporting the growth and development of our team as well as creating and maintaining processes to further the growth for the future.

QUALIFICATIONS

I have over twenty-five years’ experience in the security industry beginning from an installation and service technician position and working my way to a sales engineer position. I have also held both project management and sales positions as well. Throughout my career in the security industry, I have gained skills in all facets of a security integration business, from the sales process to the engineering and management of the installation to the service after the completion of the projects. I feel this gives me a unique perspective and an exceptional amount of flexibility to fit into almost any position within an organization. This along with my positive attitude, emphasis on teamwork, willingness to learn or try anything, and overall flexibility backed with a great work ethic and dedication make me a candidate to be seriously considered.
