Over the past 20 years working in construction, electrical, and mechanical maintenance, I've consistently performed repetitive and heavy physical labor as part of my daily work. My experience includes lifting, carrying, and installing heavy materials such as electrical panels, conduit, drywall, roofing, and framing lumber — often over uneven ground and in all weather conditions.

I've done extensive trenching and groundwork for electrical and plumbing systems, which involved digging, cleaning ditches, running conduit, and backfilling trenches safely and efficiently. I also regularly handled debris removal and site cleanup to keep work areas safe and organized.

In addition to construction and maintenance work, l've had over 20 years of experience making dump runs and hauling construction debris to waste management and recycling facilities. This included separating and sorting recyclable materials such as scrap metal, wire, wood, and concrete to ensure proper disposal and compliance with environmental standards.
