Voluntarily assigned to the Social Security Administration, Next Generation Telephone Project (NGTP) to support Social Security Programs for more than 64 million Americans. Led the build of three Avaya Aura telephone systems, ensuring seamless project execution from initial planning through compliance testing and transition. This included identification of all deliverables, their sequence in the build, dependencies, and overall timeline. Developed and maintained robust communication channels with stakeholders, facilitating transparent updates, and fostering strong relationships. In addition, I created and maintained the Avaya Master Schedule, which comprised 15 sub-projects and more than 13,000 tasks.
