Perform various tasks at company managed homes, apartments and condominiums. Work included: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, A/C, painting, and general repairs.

Worked with clients in the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, lodging, and long term care) to create clean, healthy and safe environments utilizing the company's vast resources of products, equipment, and customer service. Hands on maintenance of all commercial dishmachines, water filtration, laundry dispensing, pool and spa, and floorcare/textile applications.

In charge of maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry at a 94-bed acute care facility. Ensured proper maintenance of operations of all mechanical systems (HVAC, alarms, plumbing, electrical and backup generators). Conducted daily room inspections and monthly/quarterly hazard assessments. Observed budgetary policies. Worked closely with outside vendors and contractors to assure adherence to company policies.
