Responsible for providing pastor care for all Messiah employees, including leading regular employee worship services, facilitating weekly employee prayer gatherings, providing employee pastoral counseling and employee funeral needs, address employee conflict for the purpose of understanding and reconciliation, and leading departmental devotional gatherings as requested.

Along with my full-time role at Messiah University, taught multiple youth ministry and practical theology classes at Wesley Theological Seminary, Myerstown Evangelical Seminary and the Russian Theological Seminary in Moscow between 2000-2009.
