• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Bensalem office program with staff, clients and families.
• Identifies and addresses issues that impact the program based on relationships with community organizations.
• Supports the Family Based Program fiscal/budgetary goals by focusing efforts on maximizing staff productivity, monitoring the census, and good stewardship of program resources.
• Participates with Family Based team members in assessing client/family’s clinical and psychosocial status, diagnosis, and current treatment plan.

• Facilitated intensive case management services typically resulting in better coordination and improved access to the array of services available for support from Children and Youth, Education, Juvenile Probation, Mental Health and /or from informal supports such as church, recreation and extended family.
• Provided counseling to elementary, middle, and high school students following the ASCA model.
• Prepared students for post secondary education as well as transitions and growth between grade levels.
• Adapted to the climate of the school and feel of the community to meet the needs of the population.
• Facilitated PSSA, and AP measures with students for quality and data driven services for responsible practice.
• Coordinated and facilitated guidance workshops on career interest, college prep, and financial aid through the use of Naviance programming.
• Supported the head coach and provided the team with preparation and knowledge of the game.
• Held practice and game responsibilities with regard to equipment and players.
• Handled on ice and off ice issues with players that relate to academic and community responsibilities.
