Scope of Responsibility:

Leading the AQP Team activities, coordinate launch schedules both internal and with AWC suppliers, lead engineering FMEA development and implementation in order to ensure a smooth launch of new products and design changes

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead AQP Team activities to meet customer expectations and follow through to implementation and start of mass production.
    Collaborate with Engineering to develop and plan the implementation of the P-FMEA. If customer approval is not obtained, devise alternative methods and resolve potential issues with the AQP Team.
    Coordinate with Purchasing and Quality supplier activities and development
    Assist the AQP team to coordinate with the customer for development of new product dunnage.
    Coordinate improvement activities for below target items during new model development into mass production

Casting Process Engineer
