Responsible for both day and night shift managers which included processing of fresh and frozen seafood orders being distributed by our delivery drivers throughout Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and Austin, Texas.

Primary functions included receiving and shipping out both fresh and frozen seafood products to customers base which included: Sysco, Ben E. Keith, Safeway and various restaurants in the Houston areas.

Areas of focus included: inventory control management, employee payroll hours, budget, transportation management of Fleet vehicles, quality control inspections of all incoming product and overall efficiency of processes and manpower.

Opened the plant daily for operations to start at 5:00 am and oversaw all operational carpentry work for both locations. Dealt with vendors completing work at each location and suppliers completing job bids. I trained employees on cGMPs, HACCP and SSOP's. Held daily meetings with my supervisors and a weekly operational meetings with the owner of the company.
