I worked on call from 9pm until 8am. My duties were to be on a call and if someone passed away I would be notified. It was my responsibility to go and pickup the deceased person and take them back to the funeral home. I would then care for the deceased and prepare them for embalming or cremation. I also helped clean, wash vehicles, speak with families, etc.

I would help pull orders, assist in delivering items such as Sheetrock, windows, doors, etc. I would drive a forklift and stock the yard. I would load and unload trucks when they would come in.
