  • I maintained database systems to track and analyze operational data. I was Assigned to Awards and Ribbons. I tracked Cadet and Officer achievements, time in service, trainings completed, course work (collected and graded), and community service. I presented awards and ribbons when earned.
  • Officer in charge of LTC (League Cadets 10-13 year of age) Oversaw the safety and wellbeing of 10-20 cadets while at Unit drill. I instructed course work from the USNSCC curriculum. I was responsible that myself and all below me in LTC followed the POD (Plan of the Day). This assured that we stayed on schedule and objectives where achieved.
  • Oversaw that Military bearing, Customs and Courtesies where demonstrated at all times during Unit Drills and functions
  • I was part of the Chain of Command. As the Officer In Charge of LTC Division. I made sure Information from above me was being sent down and and up the Chain.
  • Officer In Charge Of NLO (Navy League Cadet Orientation) This is a week long training held at the Buffalo Naval Park.
  • Many of the same duties as Officer of LTC. Added responsibilities as follows: This was a 24hr 7 day training. I supervised 20-30 League Cadets, 2-4 adult officer instructors.
  • Execution of the Plan of the Day. (Trainings, Meals, Medical call for medicine distribution, berthing inspections).
  • Evaluations of Cadet leadership and Adult Officer Instructors.
  • As an Officer and Leader. My primary focus was always to Lead by example. Encourage and promote leadership growth from my Cadets and Officer Staff.
