  • As a member of the Test Engineering Team, our mission was to support manufacturing with product test development, to produce commercial, defense, and aerospace applications in a quality, timely, and cost-conscious manner.
  • I provided cross-functional support to our core printed circuit board manufacturing lines by utilizing various test methods to confirm proper assembly (form, fit, and function) of printed circuit boards within manufacturing process specifications and commitment schedules.

  • Generated a production/defect report for a daily production meeting with focus on First Pass Yields, Product Defect Identification, and Resolution.
  • Test and process equipment used can include but, is not limited to: manual and automated test jigs, computer hardware and software, Xilinx programmers, signal generators, data acquisition units, power supplies, oscilloscope, automated and manual volt/ohm meter (VOM), standard serial UPC and 2-D barcode scanners, etc.
  • Product lines supported included: Flight Simulator Visual Display, Flight Data Recorders, HUMVEE PC’s and Night Vision DVE, and GPS/Cellular Tracking System.
  • Train test personnel and oversee test processing operation.
  • Involved in new product development, testing, and production of mobile water/wastewater treatment plants used in the oil, gas, and coal producing industries. Additionally, I provided field support to customer field locations to perform repairs, retrofits, system software upgrades, etc. for hardware/software controls, pumps, motors, valves, relays, wiring, and mechanical systems.
