I came to the USA in 2003 working for the jury's hotel as a server,after a year I was promoted to food and beverage asst manager. I was promoted very quickly as my managers saw my prudential.I gained value able experience there,managing both the restaurant and bar,and room service.
I started my career in the hospitality industry when I was young. Starting as a "cellar boy" in my local bar back home in Ireland.

I spent a few years working with botanic inns in Belfast, who managed 13 bars across the city,I was responsible for all of these bars back of house operations,my main focus was Inventory.
