Summary

I’m a 19-year-old former year-round wrestler with All-FCIAC honors, a team captain title, and the "Iron Man" award my senior year. Wrestling taught me discipline, courage, and a genuine passion for self-improvement. After high school, I became obsessed with the gym and personal growth. Originally pursuing construction management in college, I discovered the growing demand for online personal training. After my sophomore year’s first semester, I unenrolled, converted my garage into a functional gym, and launched my company, 19 Fitness. I aim to inspire people who don't believe in themselves and showing them what they are capable of through online coaching.
