  • Building the front and rear seats for the Jeep Grand Cherokee that we ship to The Belvidere Assembly Plant. Part of my duties are that I ensure that the Tier One standards are withheld for Fiat Chrysler. I supervise a crew of 85 UAW linesman and women. To maintain a safe and productive assembly line to stay within Chrysler's standards. I maintain daily staff scheduling, safety audits, daily production logs, 5s, all disciplinary action write ups and retraining scheduling. All shipping scheduling for my team and all dealings with employees set forth by the United Auto Workers Contract, reviews, raises hiring firing process etc.

  • For Beverly Materials & Plot Construction. I manager and scheduled the day to day operations for an EPA regulated clean dirt facility and gravel company.
