I have held various positions such as Site Engineer, Assistant Resident Engineer, Resident Engineer, Site Agent, Projects Engineer, and currently serve as Projects Manager and Director in a construction company based in Kenya. As a resourceful Project Manager, I bring a wealth of expertise in organizing business operations, overseeing finances, and managing resources to ensure smooth project operations. I excel in procurement, efficiently acquiring necessary equipment and supplies. By closely adhering to production schedules and budgets, I effectively monitor projects while leading production teams and providing targeted solutions to any challenges that arise.
