  • Founded and led a centralized analytics team for Marketplaces at Staples and grew the team from 2 to 6 people.
  • The Marketplace team at Staples is a 50 person organization that manages the sales and performance of products on eCommerce sites, including Amazon, Wal-Mart, Target, eBay, and NewEgg.
  • Expanded the Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) program at Staples, growing item count by 200+ and sales on Amazon by $25M+ in 2024.
  • Built and presented analytics-driven pitch decks to executive leadership at Staples. These pirch decks were used to win 10 key vendors on marketplace with an expected annual return of $200M+.
  • Negotiated and managed relationships with several 3P data partners to bring new analytics and intelligence to Staples.
  • Worked cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Merchandising leadership to advocate for the Marketplace team, getting buy-in for several new processes.

  • Founded in 2020, Perch was a technology-driven commerce company that acquires and operates Amazon third party and other D2C brands at scale. Perch acquired and operated over 70 brands around the world and raised over $900M from investors like SoftBank and Spark Capital.
  • I was 1 of 2 founding members of the Product Creation & Innovation (PCI) team at Perch. The PCI team brought new Amazon products to market under existing brands. Below are my accomplishments:
  • Supported the growth of the PCI team to 12 members and managed 4 team members.
  • Played a vital role in bringing 220+ products to market generating $12M+ in revenue.
  • Took products to market from start to finish; from coordinating with suppliers on development and compliance adherence, placing purchase orders and managing pickup with logistics partners, creating listings on Amazon, facilitating Amazon FBA inventory, managing pricing and advertising on site, and ultimately monitoring performance of launched products.
  • Created a data-backed performance scorecard for newly launched products to track sales velocity, profitability, quality, compliance, and market share potential. Generated cross-functional buy-in and aligned on ownership guidelines.
