With 35 years of work experience, I have collected several skill sets. I believe there is still more to learn every day with expanding technologies, and I am willing to be a climber, given the opportunity.

Morgan Services

I opened the building up at 3:00 a.m. Daily, I disarmed the alarm system, turned all the lights on, checked the water, air compressors, boilers, chillers, and then brought all the production equipment. Started PCs and repaired all fault codes. Documented damaged equipment, and set up a plan of action for repair or replacement. Production operators came to work at 5:00 a.m. I maintained the operation of the production equipment and handled operator calls, such as jams and operator errors, to maintain production. I worked on other upgrades and PM services that are scheduled. Likewise, I documented all activity and made the parts requests needed. While production operators were on break and during lunches, I made hard repairs to equipment to keep the production lines from stopping. My equipment included the hydraulics, pneumatics, steam, 3-phase up to 600 volts, low voltage 24 volts controllers, servos, and robotics. Morgan Services is a linen provider and laundry. I normally worked 9 hours a day and worked overtime, pending machine downtime.
