  • Operational & logistics management of 115 warehouse employees, CSR’s and managers working for multiple 3PL customers, shipping to DSD and other food distribution outlets.
  • Effectively and accurately receive, store and ship nearly 33 million pounds
  • 1.5m cases and over 17k pallets of commodities on a monthly basis using an identified allocation system.
  • Negotiated several contracts including the lease of warehouse space and over $1m of warehouse equipment & trucks.
  • Execute & oversee a food distribution contract that serves approximately 150 InterTribal Offices, Salvation Army and food banks throughout the United States for the USDA with combined inbound and outbound shipments totaling over 550 truckloads of commodities a month.
  • Work hand in hand with Regulatory Compliance managers to ensure facility was being operated within food safety guidelines as well as obtaining organic certifications.
  • Helped develop a 3PL warehousing model that has seen a increase from one 3PL account totaling $200k/ month revenue, to more than 30 accounts that total over $1m in revenue per month which includes a USDA contract worth $13+ million per year.
