  • Develop and self-perform Civil Construction for a new International Bridge in Eagle Pass Texas and Piedras Negras Mexico.
  • Design Build.
  • Acted as primary point of contact for commercial clients and vendors.
  • Monitor quality assurance and laboratory testing for concreting operations.
  • Surveying, land clearing, land elevation, Bridge Work for vehicular and railroad tracks.
