I had to pleasure of directing the build of a 4,000 sq ft house In the Maryland area. Ran into some unforeseeable issues but through experience and perseverance my team was able to overcome all arising issues. From the concrete and up, I overseen and directed the material, man hours and the overall execution of this project.

• Organized meetings with clients to discuss project specifications and expectations.

Worked as a commercial finish carpenter and ran a crew of finish carpenters who was responsible for but not limited to: 

*Using glue and power grab and the appropriate adhesive to install FRP, Acrovin, Acrolite

*checkout matts and vestibule matts Installation 

* Install header and frame for door then install door frames and doors

*following blue prints and directions to install bathroom Vanities and Bathroom partitions

*From start to finish with the process of Drywall, with spackling and sanding and paint.

* With understanding of the angles successfully installed trim and molding, azek and cove base.

*Was able to lay out and install  hardwood laminate flooring while accounting for usages and transitions.

*Ran a night crew who was in charge of cutting the concrete trenches for the plumbers. We were using the Core cut cc3500 Machines

*Ran the commercial Demos. Is able to read blueprints, direct guys, removed; stucco, Stone, tile, drywall, studs (metal, wood), cabinets, carpet, concrete, curbs, asphalt, 

• Operated power saws, planers, jointers, routers and pneumatic equipment.
• Ordered materials and made material stock recommendations.
• Selected lumber based on the particular species, characteristics, size, applications and applicable adhesives.
• Installed cabinets, base cabinets and crown molding.
• Safely used band, circular, jig, reciprocating, chop and compound miter saws.
• Framed on a basic 16" layout using wood and metals studs aslo framed out old existing door and re sheathed it with exterior plywood covered with Tyvek
