Summary

Overall I have worked in the medical profession for around three years. I worked six months a certified nursing assistant and two years and four months as a licensed vocational nurse. Within that time I have evolved from a person with no medical knowledge to an individual who better understands the post-acute setting when it comes to patient care, assessments & med pass, understanding each patient require different treatments based on their backgrounds and conditions. I've come to understand coordinating with co-workers, charge nurses, RN's, Physicians, administration, and patient interaction is all important to the learning process in order to establish patient care and I am hoping to expand on both my learning experiences and medical knowledge throughout my work with multiple companies as well as furthering my education to continue to climb the ladder of the medical profession.
