- Lead of a team of 10 mechanics helping to keep the plant running safely and with minimal downtime
- Working on fillers, packers, conveyors as well as working and rebuilding pumps valves
- Coordinated with production and brewing to work on machines and PMs in a 24/7 production plant to make sure orders are met in time
- Responsible for the daily completion of tasks integral to the operation and overall performance of the Brewery
- Also I performed highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain highly automated and advanced production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the plant’s business goals and objectives

- Troubleshoot and keep machines running at optimal speeds
- Work on high speed lid seamers, fillers, packers, palletizers, LGV, conveyors, brewing equipment, printer, and inspectors
- Rebuild valves, all kinds of pumps ,motors,
- Overhaul on equipment that is due bearings belts seals complete tare down and rebuild
- Document everything on INFOR planning software
- Lockout out tag out lead in charge of training every new hire the importance and hoew to lock out every equipment in the plant

- Was one of the first hires for this up and coming state of the art plant
- Spend most of the year in training and courses on thermoforming and the process
- Set up a thermoforming machine did all the predictive measures base line(vibration analysis, inferred readings, alignment and balancing readings, oil analysis, water analysis) took several training on SAP program, .predictive maintenance, planning and scheduling, and many more to make this plant successful from the beginning
