• I have over 15 years experience writing estimates and supplements. I am proficient with CCC One, Mitchel and Audatex. I have been I-CAR certified in refinish and ASE certified in estimating and I held a PPG certification. Working as an independent adjuster for several IA firms in the San Antonio area I have been the "GO TO Guy" for high end vehicles, Classic cars, RV's and Commercial Vehicles. I know what is required by different manufactures in order to maintain factory warranties. I know what is required and I know of common fluff items shop will ask for. I have worked very closely with SIU teams and I know how to gather the information need to make successful SUBRO referral. I have been working as a Total Loss Team Manager on a deployment through another IA Firm for the past 2 years. I have trained several classes of adjusters on how to spot fraud and how to gather what is need to refer to SUBRO and SIU.
