As a Global Client Engagement Leader, I Lead with #oneteam approach in support of Strategic & Enterprise Customers, across180+ Services. I lead the engagement of Leadership, Sales, Solution Architects, Support, Engineering, Product, GTM, BD, Overlay, Strategy, Technologists, Innovation, we work as #oneteam to deliver meaningful results in the spirit of my #1 Principle, Customer Obsession. I try to encourage, dive deep, think big, invent, and simplify, earn trust, and strive to deliver "bar raising" results that make an impact on the future trajectory of our customer's business. For me its "Bias for Action" daily - to move with speed - because speed matters! I strive to always make two-way door decisions, and similarly, guide my customers to two-way door decisions. In my years at Client Engagements, I've grown to embrace writing narratives in the spirit of my Customer Centric narrative culture. Every product or service our customers experience, we try to develop through “Working Backwards from the customer” narrative approach. I always start with the Customer and Work Backwards. These Narratives are a huge thing for me, and I try regularly to iterate, develop, and refine ideas, and think big for customers migrating from Projects to Global Visions, with industry exposure to Information Services, Publishing Education, Business and Healthcare, earning and building trust. A strong advocate of Equality, Empowerment upscaling, empathy, and human centric approach, owing and leading from front. Strongly believe that Humility is to when Leaders are Right a Lot, Think Big, Insist on Highest Standards but also continue to Learn and Be Curious, showing Bias for Action and Dive Deep when needed.
