· Contributed in completion of Stryker Global network integration project for Redmond Data Center, MDF and WAN network - Cisco Nexus 98130 switches, Nexus 9K Core and Catalyst 3850 stacked distribution switches, Cisco WIFI Controllers, MPLS routers, Silver Peak-Riverbed WAN optimization environment.

· Participated as key project member in LAN Refresh Project – build, configuration, installation and troubleshooting

of 73 Cisco Catalyst 3850 stacked switches for all 6 IDF closets Redmond site.

· Provided direct Stryker Global Network support actively participated in monitoring of Global network devices, WAN and LAN traffic flow from production sites to Data Centers – Riverbed WAN, MPLS, ISP, VPN and WIFI.

· Cooperated with the Global Network Engineers team in troubleshooting and resolving Network Security issues to assure company network security efficiency on firewalls, VPN secure connections, authentication, SSL Certification.

· Collaborated with Global Network Operation Center in troubleshooting and resolving assigned Incidents and Service Catalog Tasks to accomplished daily 99.99% global production up time targeted; Change Requests in support of planned network projects for changes of network devices or firmware updates as regular maintenance.

· Engaged with the other IT teams in constant analyzes of raised issues root causes on global and local scale to create documentation for instant improvement of KB and Global company processes, procedures and policies.

· Initiated, panned and coordinated IDF environmental project for AC & Power supply upgrades in accordance with ITIL standards as a significant long-term leveraging of LAN utilization and reliability.

· Ensured disintegration and decommissioning of old servers/network devices including required ITIL documentation.

· Empowered IT Support teams in creation of documented shared processes and implementation of collaborative support to achieve SLA delays reduction with 65% and elevate above expectations customer satisfaction of quality for services provided, which enormously contributed to the Company’s business success in January 2012 to go public

· Systems and arias of support involved – DNS, DHCP, AD, SCCM, MS Server 200XX, Printer servers, SAN, VMWare,

Active Directory, troubleshoot web hosting, routing, connectivity and DNS issues.

· Managed WAN/LAN monitoring, troubleshooting, break fix and maintenance including three isolated production lines networks; WIFI handheld production scanners and printers; Fiber, CAT5 and CAT6 cabling projects as support of Company growth.

· Supported hardware – servers, routers and switches, desktops, laptops, PDAs, cell phones, MS Surface; specialized engineering

and developing lab equipment; all range of printers, A/V equipment for all conference rooms on campus.

· Software supported: Windows Server 20XX; Windows for PC – from Win95 up to Win10; broad range of applications for

R&D Engineers, production developing and testing labs; QAD support on production lines; PCB and products prototypes.

· Security – specialized and developed tools and procedures for removing intrusive ransomware, adware, malware, and viruses

from end user’s systems to allow continued productivity at the business while in tight cooperation with Infrastructure an Security

teams implemented controls, processes and procedures to be followed company wide.
