Over 25 years of automotive, Motorcycle and Boat repairs which started as a hobby and turned into a small repair facility in New Hampshire.
Over the past 10 years I have expanded my skillset and have first hand experience in working in Data Centers repairing & installing servers for AT&T & other Privately owned Cloud Data Centers around Massachusetts & New Hampshire. I also provide onsite service on Kiosks for ComCast/Xfinity, ATM & Bitcoin Machines. Service provided on Retail Point of Sale systems at Walmart, Target, Macy's. Nordstrom, Barnes & Noble, Sam's Club, Costco, BJ's, NTB, Cumberland farms, NCR, Philips Healthcare, Sig Arms, Shire Pharmacueuticals and The State of New Hampshire Judicial Branch. When requested, I also fill in for the Team IT lead @ Microsoft in Burlington, Massachusetts when called on which involves working the Tech Link Bar assisting Microsoft employees with PC related issues and handling daily tickets coming in using SNOW (service now) ticketing software.
