  • Responsibilities include: Rebuilding youth and children’s ministries. We developed a youth ministry called 413Youth and a children’s ministry called 412Kids. 413Youth after Phil. 4:13 and 412Kids after 1 Tim. 4:12. We developed a yearly youth retreat called “Tent City” that taught the youth how to build their relationship with God. Responsible for all aspects of ministry: Shepherding, preaching, teaching, planning, and outreach. We oversaw the restructuring of vacation Bible School into a program written and developed in all aspects of by our local congregation. We were tasked with rebuilding these ministries and oversaw growth in every facet spiritually and physically. Our youth program grew from just a small meeting every week to upwards of 50 students gathering, ministering, worshiping together and working in missions. We developed children’s and youth worship teams and helped them develop their instrument and vocal skills to develop biblical worship.
