I currently have 41 years of successful experience of supervisory and managerial duties of equipment and personnel. This includes military units, commercial trucking shop, manufacturing plant equipment, agricultural equipment, diesel and automotive equipment, tools, safety equipment and special tools as required for successful job completion, and customer service satisfaction. My supervisory duties include working with multi-cultural female and male technicians in many shop duty capacities such as work order writing, technician duties, trouble shooting, diagnostics, use of critical thinking for problem resolution and repair. My current duties include educating and molding students into future productive and successful technicians that will help fulfill a shortage across many such fields as automotive dealerships, construction equipment dealerships, agriculture dealers.
