• Active role in the Midstream Crude Marketing team; analytics, sales and direct customer interface at corporate & industry events.
• Oversaw injection station, tank farm, booster station and delivery station to maintain customer satisfaction and scheduling commitments based on contract commitments.
• Understands operational functions of an origination/injection station, tank farm, booster station and delivery station to maintain customer standards and contract commitments
• Daily use of CRM Software logging customer needs and upcoming projects
• Understands the scheduling process, scheduler’s role, and pipeline schedules
o Understands batch codes, production plans, customer demands and midstream gathering and transportation lines.
o Explains all the components of the pipeline schedule
o Explains Batch Volumes, Line Rates, and scheduled time of delivery.
• Understand types of products transported on Colonial Pipeline, their codes, and QA Parameters.
o Contract preparation as part of the Midstream Crude Marketing team
o Discuss product gravities, trending, marketing analytics and cut types with commercial sales team
o Plan of alignment for operational needs based on customer requirements.
