Summary

I am the right choice for the District Manager position because of my leadership abilities and my track record of success. I managed the Rosauers in Hood River for 11 years. Through the 11 years we hit and exceeded our sales, net income and labor goals every year. I also managed one of the highest volume stores through the 11 years and had one of the lowest turn-over rates for employees in the chain.

I was the acting Produce Director for almost two years. The first year I showed increases in sales, grosses and net income while repairing the relations with the Produce Managers, Store Managers and multiple vendors. The second year we continued to see increases in gross margin. Once the new Director of Produce was hired I helped him to learn our processes and procedures to help him be successful and supported him completely. I was also a large part of the grand opening of the Pullman store's Produce department, including the new Cut Fruit Program which will slowly be rolled out to each store. Throughout my career, I have always put the companies success above my own.
