The responsibilities also include advising stakeholders on best practices and regulatory requirements, coordinating with service providers and governmental entities, and assisting the Superintendent in enhancing program efficiency and compliance through policy development and process improvement. In addition, supporting districts and other professional entities with credentialing and badging all learners within the Wallet’s Ecosystem.
