• Responsible for Preparing and assembling wire harnesses for commercial and military aircrafts, while following class 3 specifications

• Built and assembled wire harnesses for NASA’S Starliner space pod project

Team Project- Boeing Aircrafts

• Collaborated with team members in wire routing, string tying, splicing, crimping and connector terminations for Boeing’s aircraft wire harnesses

Individual Project- Wire Harness Procedures

• Responsible for writing technical procedures and step by step instructions for wire harness builds

Shipping & Receiving

• Responsible for shipping and crating Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) sensitive products to customers, while keeping an on time delivery commitment to all customers
• Responsible for receiving and kitting all materials purchased or provided
• Electro-Mechanical Technician
• Prepared and assembled high voltage cables and harnesses, box build assemblies, wire routing, PCB assembly and clean room prep
• Responsible for specific class 2 & 3 assemblies to be in conformance with customer schematics and drawings, as well as IPC standards

Test Technician

• Bench tested customer products down to the component level, performed functionality testing with provided engineering procedures, trouble shooted and repaired defective product and customer returns

In-Circuit Test Technician

• Maintained and operated In-Circuit Test machines, identified and troubleshooted defective boards, fixed and determined the root cause for every failure

• Built and assembled conveyor systems, which were directly installed into AOI electronic testing equipment

• Assembled state of the art kiosk machines for county jails and state prisons nation wide

Team Project- Procedure and Handling Changes

• Worked closely with engineers and management in developing document and procedural changes, as a way to better help productivity and quality for products

Individual Project- RMA Repairs

• Performed duties, such as troubleshooting and repairs on various customer returned product and provided data collection on all findings

Team Project- Raytheon Toll Readers

• Participated in the assembly and completion of multiple integrated RF readers, for toll stations across Florida
