· Lead superintendent for interior office renovation.

· Developed and maintained project schedule and logistics plan to coordinate with existing building operations.

April 2013-April 2014 – Project Superintendent (Verizon Wireless) $19M Electrical Hardening of Existing Data Center.

· Coordinated installation of new UPS, PDU, and CRAC units in existing data center during maintenance windows.

· Wrote and reviewed MOPs with facilities management to facilitate work in data center.

April 2014-January 2020 – Senior Procurement Agent

· Prepared scopes of work and issued invitations to bid for subcontractors.

· Led coordination of scopes of work among multiple procurement agents to eliminate scope gaps.

· Personally leveled and awarded $450M worth of subcontracts.

· Led the procurement effort to deliver a $200M GMP for a core and shell and interior office fit-out project.

· Led the procurement effort to deliver a $550M GMP for a core and shell and interior fit-out for a hospital expansion.

· Managing MEP effort.

· Meeting with client daily to incorporate changes.
