I've always been super competitive growing up with a sports background in wrestling, getting a bit better day in and day out is something I'm constantly striving for. I've gone through a process of being at rock bottom and having to reinvent myself and change my identity to achieve what I wanted in life. This process took me from being at the bottom level in a company to eventually leading a team of 12 people and I learned a lot in terms of Leadership, persuasion and influence. From my 6 months as a closer to my current role as an appointment setter I learned a lot of what it takes to truly succeed in this industry. Being in a performance based business I always need to be growing, my skill set always has to be improving and I have to be crystal clear on where I'm looking to go. I love this industry because I'm someone who after all I'VE overcome in my life is willing to bet on myself every time because I know without a shadow of a doubt I'm going to win eventually.
