Excited to represent RLJ Lodging Trust as an Asset Manager that will utilize my skillset earned in 35+ years of direct hotel experience. Beginning as a bellman at Rickey's Hyatt House in Palo Alto, California I have an extraordinary passion for the hospitality industry.

After a successful career at Hyatt Corp. developed Steinhart & Associates, a hotel sales & Marketing consulting firm. Working with every major hotel brand and dozens of management companies have successfully increased revenues and profits for clients.

Developed the current curriculum used at the University of Denver sales and marketing classes.

Frequently work with owners and real estate firms to increase the asset value of properties and to conduct feasibility studies to establish market conditions for renovations or future builds.

Successfully maintained working relationships with property level managers, brand representatives, senior leadership and owners.

Steinhart & Associates has successfully trained over 40,000 hospitality sales managers.

In 2022 named one of the the Globe's Top 15 Hospitality Sales Trainers by the International Hospitality Institute.

In 2024 wrote the chapter on Sales & Marketing for the forthcoming H.S.M.A.I.'s book on Leadership.
