After a successful career at Hyatt Corp. developed Steinhart & Associates, a hotel sales & Marketing consulting firm. Working with every major hotel brand and dozens of management companies have successfully increased revenues and profits for clients.
Developed the current curriculum used at the University of Denver sales and marketing classes.
Frequently work with owners and real estate firms to increase the asset value of properties and to conduct feasibility studies to establish market conditions for renovations or future builds.
