Successfully developed five different subdivisions from 1997 to 2009, constructing and selling several hundred homes on property just north of Kingwood, TX.

Vertically integrated by creating and bringing "in-house" the heavy equipment division, the home construction division, and the refurb/remodel division.

Consistently grossed between $3MM and $6MM for all years.

A partner and I bought five horizontal Wolfcamp wells in the Ozona area in 2015 after two years' of engineering analysis to confirm the economics. We operated this lease until 2022 when it was sold.

Worked Hurricane Irma for Advanced Adjusting in 2017, including having Mike "co-sponsor" me on a small RCBAP claim, which I am not rated for. Laura Gillette was my examiner and a good friend.

Adjusted 53 homes out on "The Shore" in New Jersey. Efficiently closed all claims within a three month timeframe.

Began in 1985 as a field engineer supervising frac jobs up to 4MM lbs of sand in a single stage. Grew into positions in Marathon Oil's office where I optimized entire fields based on production and innovative frac design. Authored two SPE papers that were published worldwide.
