My duties include to represent our Local and Union members in matters pertaining to organizing, bargaining agreements and enforcement of wages, hours and any jurisdictional claims.

In this position my duties included reaching out to find or organize new members to meet our Contractors needs on the Building Trades side by visiting job sites and also includes servicing union members to help with their concerns and questions. My duties also included building Union membership in our two Production plants.

As a Foreman my duties included supervising installers, journeymen and apprentices and taking care of the day-to-day operations.

My responsibilities included installing and maintaining chemical delivery systems in Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Schools, Hotels and Restaurants in the Omaha and a 400 mile radius outside of the Omaha metroplex. This also included doing sales stops to build my customer base.

As a Estimator/Project Manager i was responsible for estimating costs of the HVAC and the outside metal for New Homes, basement remodels and Light Commercial Projects along with doing all the estimating on the Add-on Replacement Customers.

Fabricate and install HVAC systems in residental and Commercial projects.

Install HVAC systems in New Homes, Light Commercial and Add-on replacement of Furnace and Air Systems.

Install HVAC systems in New Homes including all outside metal gaslines and Equipment.
