My career began with Lufkin Ind., Inc. in the machine shop and
promoted to Field Service Rep. and Repair Coordinator. I have extensive knowledge of gear manufacturing, quality, unit assembly, and
performance/operation. I grew in my understanding of compressors,
turbines (gas and steam), diesel/gas engines, pumps, etc. and how they operated with transmissions. I have an adept ability to manage both people and projects to attain the given parameters for mechanical and commercial goals. I am assertive in my management techniques of shop and employees - however, I have not forgotten the route taken and
positions held to attain the knowledge and skills. I have a great people
skills in all scenarios. I am internally inspired to achieve, and exceed,
given goals.
