During ‘Crossover 24’, as the Pastor of Outreach (PO), I will organize and mobilize evangelism and prayer-walking teams. The objective is to reach the community surrounding the Metro Baptist Center with the gospel of Jesus Christ. In addition, the PO will also present a Sunday morning message for those in attendance during the worship service. Finally, the PO will assist with developing partnerships with local congregations (Hispanic Church, Living Word, Indiana Church, etc.) scheduled to volunteer, serve dinner, evangelize, and prayer-walk at the MBC the week of Crossover. These partnerships will continue once the National Convention commences.

• Created the Father Engagement program based on Department of Child Services guidelines and requirements
