I also did line cooking, where I used oil fryers and flat-top grill to prepare and garnish food for serving.
I cleaned the facility, flat-top grills, floors, and fryers using cleaning chemicals and disinfectants. I used a portable grease removing machine to strain and return oil to the fryers.
I washed dishes when the primary dishwasher was unavailable by spraying them off, spot cleaning tougher stains, and running them through a dishwashing machine.
Bouncer Duties:
As a bouncer, my primary duty was to ensure that only people 21 and older could enter the bar. I checked identification for birthdates and fakes at the door, and courteously turned away those who were not of age to enter. I confiscated identification I knew to be fake.
I monitored my side of the bar for potential disputes between patrons or violations of the bar's rules. At times, I had to forcibly eject people who were not behaving themselves.
