- Strengthened and transformed the University's operations by reconstituting the management team, repositioning the brand & stabilizing enrollment / retention., Strengthened the University's financial position by securing $20M line of credit and $49M loan & reducing expenses without sacrificing student outcomes. Cultivated largest gift to University, $30M.
- Clarified & focused the University's priorities & key performance objectives by facilitating the creation of a 5-year strategic business plan & instituted a culture of transparency & accountability governed by data.
- During the Covid pandemic developed a Plan ABC Committee to explore the headwinds in higher education & the University's marketability. Led the Board to make a business decision in November 2021 that the sustainability as a stand-alone university was unlikely.
- Led a yearlong national search for a university partner in 2022 focused on the sustainability of the University mission.
- In December 2022 led the Board in a decision to wind-down the University effective May 2023; supported students in transitioning to other universities, sold the campus for $65M in 2023.
- Established a new organization in 2024 focused on managing a $60M endowment and awarding college scholarships to students. Rightsized the business operations, hired an interim executive director & focused on reconstituting the board, community engagement & establishing & marketing a scholarship program.

- Providing strategy, organizational & fundraising consulting for this 30-year old transitional home for single women & their children providing programming to break the cycle of homelessness & poverty towards self-sufficiency.
